Thanks to the industrial approach to wooden house-building, modern wooden houses are free of natural timber flaws; they've kept the best timber qualities and attained new ones: safety and lasting quality, better ability to store heat, absence of grounds to decay and insect infestation, perfect machined surface that does not require any further finishing. woodworking plant was the first enterprise in Russia that simultaneously with leading Scandinavian companies has switched to commercial production of glue laminated graded beams. Glue laminated graded beam is significantly better than traditional construction materials such as brick, concrete and cylindrical timber in terms of thermal properties. The ruggedness of the glued seams increases the timber ruggedness. Glue laminated beam is the most up-to-date material for wooden house-building at present. Production and construction of such houses is the major task set and successfully implemented by the house-building division.
Key advantages of glue laminated graded beam in comparison to traditional timber materials are as follows:
· during its maintenance the glue laminated beam house is not "shifted", its structures are not deformed;
· the construction period is reduced - the house installation on the precast foundation does not exceed 3-4 weeks; glue laminated beam houses may be installed all year round;
· there is no need in deep and heavy foundations - glue laminated beam houses as well as all other wooden houses are much lighter than brick and stone houses, they may be erected on precast foundations;
· there is no need in exterior and interior finishing: glue laminated beam surface is even and smooth;
· graded elements manufactured at precision equipment are fayed during the assembly work and it ensures air-tightness, wind and damp resistance.
Glue laminated beam for houses is produced of different width: 82, 100, 150 and 200 mm.
Sets of houses are delivered prefabricated as well as in any other configuration as the client wishes. The set of glue laminated beam house includes: wall structures, floor structures (hammer braces, floor batten), roof frameworks, roof batten, structures of bay windows, balconies, lanterns, windows and doors, stairs, required wooden timber material.
Glue laminated beam houses may be used as cozy personal cottages, comfortable hotels and rest houses, traditional churches and mansions.

In accordance with the standard the windows have a ledge groove (on the lower side of the frame) and an aluminium water protection (the lower slat of the bubble glass packet). The installed double glass packet is 4-15-4. If necessary the vertical impost may be fastened to the sash (the so-called mobile impost). The sash with the impost fixed with screws is locked with bolts fastened to the impost. It is possible to install a ventilation flap (on the frame or the sash).
Not-opened window
The fixed windows have a double glass packet 4-15-4 and an aluminium water protection. The light opening of fixed windows is divisible with vertical and horizontal pros. It is also possible to divide the light opening with vertical and horizontal imposts (width for large light openings is 66 mm). It is possible to divide the light opening with removable pros(width 25 mm) or glueable cross slats (width 26 mm). If removable cross slats are used, the type of the double glass packet is 4-12-4.
